Who We Are

About Voices For All Abilities

We believe everyone deserves a place where they feel accepted, supported, and celebrated for exactly who they are.

Our Mission

Voices For All Abilities is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating inclusive opportunities for individuals of all abilities, foster youth, and children facing financial hardship.

Our mission is to empower, support, and uplift voices that are too often unheard by providing meaningful programs, community events, advocacy, and resources that bring families together and create lasting connections.

We strive to build a community where differences are embraced, barriers are broken down, and every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

Because to us, it is simple: Every Voice Matters. Every Ability Counts. And if you need our program, our program is here for you.

Meet Our Team

Neighbors, parents, counselors, and advocates who show up for Pahrump families.

Whitney McBride

Founder and President

Whitney McBride is the President and Founder of Voices For All Abilities. A lifelong resident of Pahrump and a mom of five, she turned her family's experience navigating early autism diagnoses for her sons Layne and Keaton into community action. She launched the Pahrump Special Needs Support Group, now more than 200 members strong, and founded VFAB to connect families to resources, advocate for services in Nye County, and build inclusive programs that celebrate differences and promote acceptance. Guided by the belief that every voice matters and every ability counts, Whitney partners with schools, providers, and local leaders to make inclusion the norm.
