Using this website

This site is provided by Voices For All Abilities, a nonprofit organization serving Pahrump and Nye County, Nevada. By using the site you agree to use it lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, submit false information, or misuse our forms.

Program information

We work to keep program dates, descriptions, and eligibility details accurate, but they can change. Registration for a camp, event, or volunteer role is confirmed only after we reply to you directly.

Volunteers

Volunteer applications are reviewed individually. Submitting an application does not guarantee placement, and we may require a screening, orientation, or parent or guardian consent for volunteers under 18.

Donations

Donations are processed by a third-party payment provider through a secure page, and their terms apply to the transaction. Gifts support our programs generally unless you designate them for a specific purpose and we confirm we can honor that. Donations are generally non-refundable; if a gift was made in error, email us and we will do our best to correct it. Please consult a tax professional about deductibility.

Photos and media

We sometimes photograph events for our website and social media. Let a staff member know if you or your child should not be photographed and we will respect that.

Content ownership

Our name, logo, text, and photos belong to Voices For All Abilities. Please ask before reusing them outside of sharing our public posts and pages.

No warranty

This website is provided as is. We do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors, and nothing here is legal, medical, or educational advice.
