What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us. When you submit our contact, volunteer, or sponsorship form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, and message details you enter. We do not buy contact lists or collect information about you from other sources.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party tracking pixels. Because we do not set cookies that require consent, you will not see a cookie banner here.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to reply to your message, process a volunteer or sponsorship request, register you for a program, and keep records required for nonprofit recordkeeping. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.

Email

Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored securely. If we later send program updates by email, every message will include a one-click unsubscribe link and will honor that request promptly, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act.

Children's information

Program registrations and volunteer applications for minors are submitted by a parent or guardian, or with their permission. We collect only what we need to run the program safely, and we do not share it outside our staff and trained volunteers.

How we protect your data

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. Only authorized Voices For All Abilities staff can view them. We keep records only as long as we need them for program and reporting purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information you have given us. Email contact@voicesforallabilities.org and we will take care of it.
