Join us for camp games and a Charlie Brown-inspired Thanksgiving meal at our Friendsgiving Camp! Voices for All Abilities is a free community program. This special event has a $20 registration fee per child, and scholarships are available. The camp is nut-free and dye-free.

If your plans change, contact us promptly so the space and assistance can be offered to a family on the waitlist. A prior award that went unused without timely notice may affect priority or eligibility for future assistance. Prior requests alone do not affect eligibility.

5. Registration fee and payment

Registration is $20 per child for the camp. Your total is calculated based on the number of children registered.

Total: $20 for 1 child

Payment is made securely on Zeffy after you submit. We never collect card or bank details on this form.

6. Signed waiver, participation consent, and emergency authorization

I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child or children listed on this registration, and I give permission for them to participate in the camp activities and meal. I understand that camp games and group activities involve ordinary risks, including slips, falls, and food-related reactions. I knowingly accept those risks for myself and my child to the extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I release Voices for All Abilities and its directors, officers, staff, and volunteers from claims arising from those ordinary risks, except for claims that cannot legally be released. I have provided accurate health, allergy, and support information and will notify the organizer if it changes.

If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize camp staff to contact emergency services and seek appropriate emergency evaluation or care for my child. I understand that this waiver and consent do not guarantee an injury-free event.
