Training and attire

Mandatory training: Monday, November 16, 2026 at 5:30 PM, 1430 Red Rock Drive, Pahrump, NV 89048.

Gala service team: white blouse or polished top and black bottoms; no T-shirts or ripped jeans.

Kids area team: plain white or VFAB T-shirt, black bottoms, and comfortable closed-toe shoes; no ripped jeans.

I understand that volunteering at the VFAB Family Night Gala may involve ordinary risks, including slips or trips; lifting or carrying supplies; serving food; being in crowded areas; and helping with event setup or cleanup. I agree to follow committee instructions, remain within my assigned role, use reasonable care, and promptly report any injury or safety concern.

To the extent permitted by law, I voluntarily assume the ordinary risks of my volunteer participation and release Voices for All Abilities (VFAB), its directors, officers, employees, and event volunteers from claims for injury arising from those ordinary risks. This acknowledgment does not release liability that cannot legally be released, including liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
